Beni Ouarain "Drawn Lattice"

The pattern most people picture when they hear the name Beni Ourain: charcoal lines crossing into large diamonds on a cream ground. Here a column of tall diamonds runs down the middle with half-diamonds opening to the sides, and a row of small ones closes one end. The lines waver, thicken and thin as they go.

At 300 × 205 cm it is a living-room size that also fits under a double bed with a wide margin on three sides.
