Products

All rugs are one-of-a-kind handwoven pieces. Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to monitor settings and the natural variations inherent in handmade textiles.

Pricing

All prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT for EU customers. For the EU and the United States, all import duties and taxes are included in the price you see. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping to the EU and over 40 countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in their original, unused condition. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Bespoke commissions made to your specification are exempt from the right of withdrawal, except in the case of a structural defect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned piece.
