Privacy Policy

At ARINID, we view privacy not merely as a compliance requirement, but as a fundamental courtesy. We treat your personal information with the same discretion and respect that defines our private client relationships.

I. Stewardship of Data

We collect only what is necessary to facilitate a seamless experience: your name, contact details, and delivery coordinates. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal narrative with third parties. Your data exists solely to serve your relationship with us.

II. Transactional Security

Financial integrity is paramount. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a global standard in financial infrastructure. ARINID never sees, stores, or accesses your full credit card information. The transaction occurs directly between your financial institution and our processor within an encrypted environment.

III. Cookies & Measurement

Beyond the essential cookies that keep the site working — remembering the contents of your cart, your language, and your currency — we use a small number of measurement and advertising cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how the collection is discovered and to measure our advertising, and Microsoft Clarity, for anonymised, aggregated insight into how pages are used. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland these cookies are disabled by default and are set only after you consent through our cookie banner; you may accept all or choose essential-only, and you can revisit that choice at any time. We operate Google Consent Mode, so your preference is honoured across every connected Google service. Until you consent, Microsoft Clarity works without cookies: each page view is measured on its own and is not linked to your other page views or visits. In addition, our own server counts visits without any cookie: your IP address and browser signature are used only for a moment to form a code that changes every day, and are never stored; once the day is over, that code can no longer be traced back to you. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us.

IV. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You remain the sole owner of your data. Under European (GDPR) and Californian (CCPA) law, you possess the absolute right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request the meaningful correction of any inaccuracies.
  • Demand the complete erasure of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Withdraw consent — for communications, or for analytics and advertising cookies — at any moment.

V. Correspondence

Ideally, our conversation concerns only the pieces you acquire or the specific interests you have expressed. Should you wish to exercise any of your rights, or simply discuss our privacy practices, please contact us directly.
