Beni Mguild "Cobalt Grid"

A long wool rug in cobalt blue, crossed by a net of fine red-orange diamonds. The net is clearest at one end and fades towards the other, where the blue deepens to almost navy. The pile is long and shaggy; the detail photographs show single strands catching the light. One end carries knotted tassels in grey.

It measures 421 × 200 cm. That length suits a long living room, a gallery or the space in front of a wall of windows, and it can also run beside a large dining table.
