Azilal "Nomad Alphabet"

Small Berber signs are scattered across an ivory field like letters of a private alphabet: diamonds in orange and cobalt, a black ladder, crosses, zigzags and tiny green lozenges. Each mark stands on its own, and the wide spacing gives the rug a light, contemplative rhythm.

This 300 × 205 cm Azilal rug was hand-knotted in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco from thick local wool. Its understated colour and symbolic detail make it well suited to living rooms and bedrooms that favour calm backgrounds with a story to discover. Free international delivery.
