Most custom rugs are completed in 4–6 weeks depending on size and complexity. You receive weekly progress photos from the atelier. Larger pieces (10’+ formats) may take 6–8 weeks.
Yes. Our artisans weave any dimension from 2’×3’ accent pieces to 12’×16’ room-scale formats. Runners, rounds, squares, and organic shapes are all available.
Custom rugs start from approximately $2,200 for a small accent piece in Atlas Mountain wool. Price depends on size, material (wool, silk, camel hair), pattern complexity, and shape. You see the live price as you configure—no surprises.
Before weaving begins, we send you a free design rendering for approval. During production, you receive weekly progress photos. If the finished piece doesn’t meet expectations, our concierge team works with you on a resolution.
Free shipping to all US addresses. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the listed price. Your rug arrives rolled, not folded, to preserve the pile. Most deliveries arrive within 5 business days after completion.
