Our commitment to the piece does not end when it leaves the loom. We manage the entire journey from the High Atlas to your door, ensuring a seamless transition of custody.

I. World-Wide Logistics

We facilitate complimentary shipping to over 40 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Each shipment is fully insured, tracked via DHL Express or FedEx, and requires a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.

Duties and Taxes:
For the United States and European Union, ARINID assumes all responsibility for import duties and taxes. The price you observe is the final price. For other territories, we invite you to contact us for a personalized estimate.

II. The Viewing Period (Returns)

We understand that a rug is foundational to a room. It must be lived with. Therefore, we offer a 14-day viewing period starting from the moment of delivery.

If the piece does not resonate within your space, you may return it for a full refund. We aim to make this process effortless: we will provide the necessary shipping documentation and schedule a courier collection from your address.

III. Condition of Return

Our ability to accept a return is predicated on the piece remaining in its original condition. We kindly ask that:

• The item is returned in the same condition as received, without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• It is packaged securely, ideally in its original protective wrapping.

*Please note: Bespoke commissions, created specifically to your dimensions, are final sale and not eligible for return unless a structural defect is present.

IV. The Refund Process

Upon safe receipt and inspection of the piece at our Amsterdam studio, a full refund will be initiated immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect this credit on your statement.
