Azilal "Central Medallion"

A large concentric diamond anchors the ivory field, built from nested bands of crimson, saffron, cobalt and black that step inward to a small open centre. Vertical bars and thin lines in the same colours stand at either side like columns around a doorway, balancing the medallion without repeating it.

This 300 × 205 cm rug was hand-knotted in the Azilal region of Morocco's Atlas Mountains from thick natural wool. The strong centre makes it a natural focal point beneath a coffee table or dining table, and the ivory ground keeps the colour crisp rather than heavy. Free international delivery.
