Beni Ouarain "Charcoal Labyrinth"

Bands of charcoal wool turn at right angles across an ivory field, nesting inside one another like the walls of a labyrinth. The meander is strong and architectural, yet the slight irregularity of every line keeps it warm and handmade rather than mechanical.

At 300 × 218 cm, this Beni Ouarain rug was hand-knotted in the Middle Atlas of Morocco from undyed sheep's wool with contrasting charcoal. Its graphic presence suits contemporary living rooms, offices and design-led interiors, especially beside black metal, leather and pale timber. Free international delivery.
